Fairs were frequent, for 2 weeks each time and in quick succession.
A 70-day Christmas and CNY fair became the last straw for shopkeepers who went to see town council staff.
The town council surprised them by calling the police!
With no word from the town council the shopkeepers had no choice but to decide on a petition. And that was how the matter came to public's light.
