AHPETC's Accounts:
Sylvia Lim claimed that they could not obtain some supporting documents from the previous managing agent (CPG) when in fact they did not implement a proper procedure to ensure that accounting documents were properly taken over and safeguarded.
For their own inefficiency, incompetency and irresponsibility, they tried to shift the blame to an innocent party, CPG.
